Job summary

Avancez Assembly is seeking a Quality Coordinator to ensure zero defects in build/assembly processes. You will coach teams on quality topics, lead problem solving on the floor, and support operations with quality concerns to drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires a High School diploma and 3+ years of quality control experience, including automotive manufacturing/assembly familiarity, with a focus on ISO 9001/IATF16949 standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3+ years of Quality control experience, 1+ year in automotive manufacturing/assembly.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections, checks and tests during assembly.
• Lead or support root cause analysis to achieve zero defects.
• Train team members on quality topics and track quality metrics.
• Support internal and external audits and report results to management.
• Assist in visiting customer plants to investigate quality issues.
