Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous leadership experience desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the daily operational duties of the department to meet production demand.
• Facilitate the flow of communication between managers and employees.
• Participate in implementing new manufacturing processes, products, and systems technology to meet goals.
• Coordinate the delivery and disposal of chemicals and supplies.
• Work to achieve a “zero defect” in manufacturing operations and keep delinquencies at or below the facility goal.
• Support safety initiatives and comply with OSHA procedures.
• Interact with management of hazardous waste and ensure CFR compliance.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
