Job description

Role: ZenMaid Virtual Assistant
Hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time
Hourly Wage: $5 - $8 (Open to negotiation based on experience)

Lago is seeking a dedicated and motivated ZenMaid Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this important role, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of our cleaning business operations through the ZenMaid platform. You will support scheduling, customer communication, and task management to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management:
  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing the cleaning schedule using ZenMaid.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure effective service coverage.
  • Customer Communication:
  • Handle customer inquiries and bookings through email, phone, and chat.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Task Management:
  • Support administrative tasks related to billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Assist in tracking customer job history and feedback for service improvement.
  • Work closely with cleaning staff to streamline operations and communication.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and service enhancements.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1+ years in administrative support or a related field. Experience with ZenMaid or similar scheduling software is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and other communication tools.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer interaction experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with various online platforms and tools for business operations.
