IMI plc in Farmington, CT is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our Life Science Team. You will operate and program ZEISS CMMs using CALYPSO to perform first article, in‑process, and final inspections, ensuring drawings and GD&T are met.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience operating and programming ZEISS CMMs using CALYPSO.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and interpretation of engineering drawings.
• Experience inspecting precision-machined components and generating inspection reports.

Aufgaben

• Program, operate, and troubleshoot ZEISS CMMs using CALYPSO.
• Develop, modify, and optimize CMM inspection programs for new and existing products.
• Perform first article, in-process, final, and capability inspections.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct manual inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and optical comparators.
• Verify GD&T conformance and customer specifications.
• Analyze data and generate inspection reports in Excel.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to resolve issues.
