Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ZEISS Calypso programming experience.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and dimensional metrology principles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain high-quality CMM programs using ZEISS Calypso software.
• Program and support inspections on ZEISS Contura CMM equipment with multiple probe configurations.
• Prove out CMM programs, validate results, and adjust for accuracy and repeatability.
• Create inspection plans and balloon engineering drawings for dimensional verification.
• Interpret blueprints, CAD data, and GD&T callouts to build inspection routines.
• Analyze CMM reports and measurement data to identify issues and confirm trends.
• Support FAI, PPAP, and capability studies to meet quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot nonconformances and collaborate with manufacturing teams.
