Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking an analytical professional to develop controls and analyses that drive stability and improvements in key performance indicators across live plant operations and protein conversion processes. The role involves digging into data, building trends, and supporting budgeting and strategy with clear, actionable insights.

Ideal candidates bring a two-year business degree or relevant industry experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a proven ability to communicate findings

Qualifications

  • Two-year business degree preferred; relevant poultry industry experience may be considered in place of degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and leadership skills, written and verbal.
  • Solid math and analytical abilities for problem solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop effective tracking tools to keep key indicators under control.
  • Use daily/weekly/monthly data to build trends and strategies.
  • Support operations team to build process control templates.
  • Use SAP and Agristat reports to benchmark analysis against peers.
  • Identify root causes affecting results and propose data-driven corrections.
  • Support budgeting by providing data for scenario planning.
  • Communicate results clearly to management to drive improvements.
  • Be diligent in tracking indicators and continuously improve processes.

Analytical position focused on developing controls and analysis that will lead the complex to stability and process improvements in key indicators that influence the results. The specialistwill be an integral part of setting the strategy to improve results based on the knowledgeacquiredwhile digging into the data. Must be an energetic,curiousandinquisitive person. The specialistwill support live, plant operations, and Protein Conversion operations, where applicable.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective tracking tools to keep key indicators under control;
  • Use dataacquireddaily/weekly/monthly to build trends and strategies that help the Complex achieve the desired results;
  • Support the operations team to build process control templates that will help keep processes controlled;
  • Use operations andAgristatsreports as well as system data (SAP) to construct internal comparisons and benchmark analysis, positioning the complex versus their peers, internally and externally;
  • Look for root causes that affect results, proposing corrections; all data driven;
  • Support the budget process by supplying data that will build a challenging yet achievable scenario for the complex;
  • Communicate clearly and ina simple waythe results of analysis so that management can use the reports to improve results;
  • Be diligent and relentless in tracking the key indicators,simplifyingand improving the process as opportunitiesareobserved.
WhatYou’llNeed:
  • Education: A two‑year business degree is preferred. Relevant experience in the poultry industrymay be consideredin place of the degree.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; Strong communication and leadership skills, both written and verbal. Quick learner of Company protocols/programs and adaptable to change. Solid math and analytical abilities forproblem solvingand decision-making. Reliable and ethical, with a strong work ethic and punctuality. Team-oriented and self-motivated, able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
