Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Canton, GA is seeking a ZBB Specialist to coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly ZBB tracking while assisting with annual files. You will identify variances and monitor costs across utilities, operating expenses, packaging, and ingredients, contributing to more accurate financial planning.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, solid verbal and written communication, and an analytical mindset. Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; pay $22.00–$25.00 per hour with benefits after 60 days.

• Self-starting mindset with the ability to coordinate multiple tracking activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, coordinate, and communicate live/periodic ZBB tracking.
• Help build annual ZBB files for the team.
• Identify and analyze variances in costs and usage.
• Track utilities, operating costs, packaging/ingredient waste, etc.
• All other tasks as assigned by manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Gather, coordinate, and communicate daily/weekly/monthly live and processing operation ZBB tracking
• Help complex team build annual ZBB files
• Identify and analyze variances
• Track Utilities, Operating Costs, Packaging / Ingredient Waste, etc.
• All other tasks as assigned by manager
