Job summary

Zaxby's is hiring Team Members in Mississippi to join our fast-paced team. You will rotate through front and back of house roles, interact with guests, take orders, prepare and cook food, and help with cleaning and maintenance.

Training is provided online and hands-on as part of the Front of House and Back of House Development Plan. You will deliver friendly service, greet guests, explain menu items, and assist with order accuracy and POS transactions while maintaining a clean, welcoming

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.

• Accurately complete orders and enter them in the POS.
• Process payments, operate cash registers, and manage receipts.

We are currently looking for team-oriented, highly motivated, and energetic Team Members to join our Zaxby's family.

Team members will be given the opportunity to work in various fast-paced positions throughout the entire

restaurant which includes, but is not limited to, interacting with guests, taking orders, preparing & cooking food

and cleaning/maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Zaxby’s Front of House or Back of House Development Plan – online & hands-on training
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests
• Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave
• Assist with the preparation of food
• Maintain awareness of current promotions
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items
• Enthusiastically represent the Zaxby’s brand
• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions
• Enter guest orders accurately into the point-of-sale system
• Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts
• Handle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment
• Clean & maintain guest and work areas
• Maintain equipment and informed management of maintenance needs
• Stock paper goods, condiments, serve ware, and beverages
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders
• Other work assigned
