Experience: Required - Minimum three (3) years documented experience working in theatrical performing arts, particularly for young audiences. Strong understanding of technical theatre design and production concerning property, hair, makeup, and costuming. Demonstrated leadership skills and the management of large groups of students. Passion for and commitment to creating high-quality theatrical experiences for young audiences. Preferred - Previous experience working with beginning dancers/non-dancers.
