On behalf of our client, YWCA Minneapolis, CohenTaylor is conducting a retained executive search for their Chief Development Officer.

YWCA Minneapolis is dedicated to eliminating racism and empowering women and girls. For more than 130 years, the organization has served children, youth, and families through high-quality programs and advocacy focused on early learning, youth development, community health and wellness, and equity, inclusion, and belonging.

A member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Chief Development Officer will be a bold, strategic thinker who takes a hands-on approach to building, leading, and actualizing a best-in-class development program. They will be a leader in fostering a culture of Philanthropy and ensuring the implementation of strategies to develop donors and contributions to support the organization.

Successful candidates will bring 10+ years of nonprofit development experience and will have experience serving as part of an engaged senior leadership team. Experience building and/or scaling an organizational advancement program is critical.
