Role Description

YUPA is hiring College Student Ambassadors to lead the launch of our platform at select Ohio colleges and universities in Fall 2025. This is a remote position with on-campus responsibilities. Ambassadors will be the official face of YUPA at their school and will:

• Organize physical marketing events and tabling around campus
• Manage and grow the official YUPA Instagram page for their school
• Promote YUPA’s services to both students and local community members
• Deliver short presentations to classes, clubs, and student organizations
• Encourage students to sign up as service providers or customers
• Collect feedback and share insights to shape campus-specific strategies
• Collaborate with the YUPA team to drive local app engagement and growth

Eligible Campuses (Fall 2025 Launch)

Small Size

• Oberlin College
• Kenyon College
• University of Toledo
• University of Dayton

Large Size

• Kent State University

*Only students currently enrolled at one of these institutions are eligible to apply.*

Compensation

• $200 total for the first month
• Earn up to 30% of YUPA’s earnings from your campus during your first year
• Commission percentage is tiered based on campus size and monthly performance
• Additional bonuses and leadership opportunities available for top performers

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging both peers and local residents
• Experience with Instagram and social media content creation
• Confident in organizing events and leading in-person promotions
• Self-starter with a reliable, entrepreneurial mindset
• Currently enrolled at one of the eligible universities listed above
• Past involvement in campus clubs or leadership roles is a plus
