The Seattle YMCA is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support families in the CPA and BRS programs across King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties. You will coordinate services, lead care plans, and ensure quality case management for youth in foster care while guiding the Case Management team.
Requires a Bachelor’s in social work or related field, 2+ years in youth/family services, crisis de-escalation skills, and strong communication. Travel and MS Office proficiency required.

This position will provide case management services to families eligible to participate in the YMCA Child Placing Agency Program and Behavior Rehabilitation Services Program. This will include supporting YMCA licensed caregivers of youth in foster care in the King County, Snohomish County, and Pierce county areas, youth enrolled in intensive in-home stabilization services, and youth enrolled in therapeutic foster care services. Case management services include coordinating or providing services to enable the child and caregivers to utilize medical, educational, social, clinical, and other services necessary for maintaining the child's physical, psychological, and/or developmental health. You will also provide leadership and support to the greater Case Management team and ensure that all clients in the CPA and BRS programs are receiving quality case management services.
This position is with the Y Social Impact Center, the social services division of the YMCA of Greater Seattle (YGS), serving around 5,000 youth, young adults, and families every year in communities across King County, Pierce County, and various counties across WA. Through our programs we aim to strengthen young people’s ability to develop to their fullest potential through four strategies: reducing risk factors; navigating systems towards successful life transition; establishing stability, safety and wellness in times of crisis; and building competencies and social capital. The Social Impact Center’s programs include homelessness prevention, housing, behavioral health, crisis response, foster care licensing, violence prevention, and employment. Since many of the young people we serve have been involved in the foster care, criminal justice, behavioral health, and/or homelessness systems, we truly value relatable lived experience of our staff and those applying for our positions as an asset.
Hiring Range: $25.00-28.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm with flexibility for evenings and mornings.

This role transports clients as an “authorized driver” for the YMCA of Greater Seattle (YGS) using your own vehicle (proof of current auto insurance and vehicle registration are required). Driving duties for this role are Required. Driving roles are safety-sensitive. To become an authorized driver, you must be 21+, have possessed a driver's license for at least 3 years, and pass a drug screen that will test for impairing substances (including marijuana) in addition to meeting the driving record standards below:
