We are seeking a YouTube Host to manage, grow, and present content on the Token Metrics YouTube channel. This role is ideal for a dynamic and confident individual with a passion for cryptocurrency, market trends, and financial technology. As the face of Token Metrics’ YouTube channel, the host will work closely with our content, marketing, and research teams to deliver high-quality videos that resonate with our audience of crypto enthusiasts, traders, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and Present Content: Deliver clear, engaging, and informative content for Token Metrics' YouTube channel. This includes hosting live streams, tutorials, interviews, webinars, and other video content.
• Content Planning and Scriptwriting: Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to plan, script, and produce engaging video content tailored to the cryptocurrency market. Ensure all videos are informative, accurate, and in line with Token Metrics’ brand voice.
• Engagement and Audience Interaction: Actively engage with viewers during live streams and in the comment sections of videos. Respond to audience inquiries, moderate discussions, and build a strong community around Token Metrics' YouTube presence.
• Video Editing and Production: Coordinate with the video production team to ensure smooth execution, from filming to post-production editing. Provide feedback on video edits and ensure content quality and consistency.
• SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video titles, descriptions, and tags are optimized for YouTube SEO, helping to increase visibility and reach.
• Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and AI markets to provide timely and relevant content.
• Brand Representation: Represent Token Metrics in a professional and knowledgeable manner, ensuring that the brand’s values, messaging, and expertise are clearly communicated.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cryptocurrency: Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and DeFi (Decentralized Finance) ecosystems. Experience with trading and AI-driven analytics is a plus.
• Previous Hosting/On-Camera Experience: Proven experience hosting or presenting content, either on YouTube, TV, or other platforms. Comfortable in front of the camera and able to maintain a natural and engaging on-screen presence.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills. Able to explain complex topics in a simple, understandable manner to both novice and experienced crypto enthusiasts.
• Creativity: Ability to develop fresh content ideas, interactive formats, and engaging video series that resonate with the target audience.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with video production and editing tools such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar software. Experience with live streaming platforms is an advantage.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with content creators, marketing teams, and other departments to ensure a consistent brand message and high-quality content.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and goals.
