Responsibilities

• Develop ideas, research topics, outlines, scripts, prepare for filming, and edit finished videos.
• Pace, storytelling, B-roll, graphics, and the overall viewer experience in long-form YouTube.
• Create titles and thumbnails; research what works and improve packaging based on performance.
• Identify and edit Shorts/ Reels from long-form content and develop original short-form concepts.
• Research topics, formats, trends, and adjacent creators; analyze performance and apply insights to future content.
• Manage the content calendar and production pipeline across both creators, from idea to filming to editing to publishing to analysis.
