Job summary

Zang International is seeking a highly organized YouTube & Digital Content Manager to oversee scheduling, publishing, optimization, and performance of our video content across YouTube and other digital platforms.

You will manage the publishing calendar, optimize videos for performance, coordinate livestreams, monitor analytics, and ensure high-quality, on-schedule content across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience managing YouTube channels or digital video publishing operations.
• Strong understanding of YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, SEO, metadata, thumbnails, and channel optimization.
• Experience creating and managing spreadsheets, trackers, and organized data sets.

Responsibilities

• Manage production agenda and content publishing schedule.
• Publish and distribute video content across YouTube, Spotify, Substack, Rumble, and other platforms.
• Create and optimize titles, descriptions, metadata, thumbnails, end screens, and playlists.
