Job summary

Thrive Market is hiring an Associate Director, YouTube & CTV Acquisition to lead strategy, execution, and growth of video acquisition. You will own YouTube and CTV media planning, audience strategy, budgeting, agency management, testing, measurement, and optimization.

The role requires deep YouTube expertise, strong CTV knowledge, and the ability to connect upper-funnel video investment to downstream acquisition results. Reports to Senior Director of Member Growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance, growth, or acquisition marketing with YouTube and CTV.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing YouTube campaigns via Google Ads.
• Experience with direct buys and programmatic CTV campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end acquisition strategy for YouTube and CTV.
• Manage YouTube campaigns including Google Ads strategies and ad formats.
• Oversee direct and programmatic CTV campaigns across major platforms.
• Lead agency partnerships and set performance expectations.
• Develop a structured creative testing roadmap and briefs.
