Google's YouTube BizOps team seeks a data-driven analyst to dive into data, extract insights, and shape strategic recommendations. You will partner with marketing and product to drive cross-functional impact and develop scalable analyses and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or technical operations.
• 3 years of experience in statistical problem solving and data analysis using SQL or similar language.

Responsibilities

• Create reports on program performance and key metrics.
• Analyze performance variations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop scaled analyses through automation for frontline managers.
• Build dashboards for leadership and frontline teams.
• Create presentations to inform leadership of insights.
