You will host panels with industry leaders, deliver engaging workshops, and help inspire students from low-income and minority communities while collaborating with a global partner network.

The ideal candidate is responsive, personable, well-organized, and comfortable with Zoom and reliable wifi.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication to clearly and confidently address employees from big brands and students from underserved communities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workshops/panels.
• Comfort with Zoom and remote meeting setups; reliable wifi is essential.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, creative team environment.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and provide constructive feedback on workshops/panels.
• Part-time availability and flexibility for varied shifts across events.

Responsibilities

• Be the event speaker/host for events with big brands and companies.
• You’ll host a panel where industry leaders share insights about their brand.
• Attend rehearsals and trainings to learn hosting techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to develop engaging workshops/panels for students and brands.
• Provide feedback to workshops/panels and participate in a team-based creative process.
• Bring energy, humor, and a collaborative spirit to a fast-paced environment.
