You should be responsive, personable, well‑organized, and able to adapt in a fast‑paced, creative setting. You will join a mission-driven organization offering virtual events, paid travel for host engagements, and opportunities to impact students globally.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the USA.
• Strong verbal communication with brand audiences.
• Proficient with Zoom and a reliable Wi‑Fi setup.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, creative team.
• Passionate about issues of race and identity.
• Willing to travel for events (paid).
• Part-time availability with varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be the event speaker/host for panels with major brands.
• Host panels and workshops; collaborate with the creative team.
• Attend rehearsals and training for workshops/panels.
• Contribute feedback to improve sessions.
• Bring energy, humor, and authentic personality to events.
• Adapt to changing schedules and guest lineups.
