Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota seeks a Life & Workforce Readiness Coordinator at the Eastside club in Saint Cloud, MN. This full-time role designs and implements a comprehensive program for middle and high school members to prepare them for employment and postsecondary pathways.

You will mentor youth, facilitate workforce readiness activities, build partnerships, and drive program outcomes aligned with the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and/or training.
• Ability to work in a team environment and relate well to youth in a Boys & Girls Club setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a Life & Workforce Readiness program for a designated Club.
• Provide career mentorship and postsecondary guidance to youth.
• Coordinate with community partners and schools to expand workforce readiness opportunities.
