The Administration for Children's Services (ACS) in New York City is seeking a Program Associate to support youth workforce development programs and partnerships with foster care, prevention, and juvenile justice providers.

Under supervision of the OYSS Program Manager, you will help ensure a trauma-informed, person-centered approach and assist with referrals, enrollment tracking, and event coordination for employment readiness initiatives.

Competenze

• 1. High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities; or
• 2. Education and/or experience equivalent to '1' above.

Mansioni

• Liaise with foster care, prevention services, and juvenile justice providers to collect timely feedback for data tracking.
• Coordinate logistical details for employer luncheons, job fairs, and community outreach efforts.
• Handle daily correspondence with partners, youth, and parents, and provide key program information.
• Perform routine data entry across the workforce team and maintain internal tracking systems.
• Prepare materials and assist during presentations and events onsite and at community locations.
• Update enrollment tracking databases and streamline data entry for youth workforce programs.
• Coordinate and schedule workforce events for internal and external partners.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
