Job summary

Junior Achievement of South Florida, Inc. is seeking a Workforce Development Program Specialist to support JA’s workforce education programs for high school students in Coconut Creek and Broward County.

You will help manage multiple programs and events and assist in delivering curriculum. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 3 years of experience in educational program implementation, with strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3+ years in educational program implementation.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain, and ensure student success in the program.
• Implement and present curriculum for JA’s Workforce Development programs.
• Oversee logistics for program days, coordinating with host sites.
• Manage student assignments and deliverables, providing feedback on resumes and projects.
• Coordinate budgets and timelines and support volunteer recruitment.
