Job summary

Sycamores seeks an Employment Coordinator to support and implement the TAY workforce development program across designated sites. This role oversees employment resources, curriculum, and training for Youth Specialists and participants, and gathers outcome data to assess progress and barriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Proof of auto insurance meeting minimum coverage requirements.
• Regular and flexible travel between client locations is required.
• Pre-employment background check, drug and health screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist, coordinate and help implement the TAY workforce development program within the designated TAY programs and with all TAY program participants.
• Oversee and manage TAY employment resources, workforce curriculum and workforce development training for other Youth Specialists and program participants.
• Gather outcome data for TAY workforce development and the collaborative curriculum and assess success or barriers with the implementation process.
