Community Health Resources (CHR) seeks a Youth Worker for a part-time role in Coventry, CT. The position supports a 24-hour staffed group home for the care and treatment of youth aged 13–18 with trauma histories.
The role includes supervising residents, ensuring safety, administering medication policies, and coordinating family and clinical care as directed by the treatment plan. Driver's license is required.

OBA community-based group home which provides 24-hour staffing and a built in therapeutic component for 6 boys, aged 13 to 18, who have experienced trauma and loss and who have serious emotional and behavioral problems. Most of the boys referred to Grant House have been in hospitals or other residential treatment facilities before coming to CHR. The home allows the boys to live in a more normal, home-like setting within the community while providing the structure, services and treatment they need to be safe, to heal and to grow.
Youth Worker
Two years’ experience working with a relevant population preferred.
Valid driver’s license required with good driving record.

$20.30/hour min- $26.1996/hour max
*Actual rates within this range are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
