Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or Recreation and Sports.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems.
• Knowledge of curriculum design, teaching, and training methods.
• English language skills including grammar and spelling.
• Customer service principles and practices.
• Knowledge of psychology and related concepts.
• Knowledge of counseling principles and guidance.
• Biology and health-related knowledge.
• HR and personnel processes knowledge.
• Clear communication with supervisors, peers, and subordinates.
• Ability to coordinate group work and activities.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze information for compliance and standards.
• Data analysis and monitoring skills.
• Active learning and adapting to new information.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate programs, sports, and recreational activities.
• Support, develop, and manage programs and services in schools, organizations, agencies, and communities.
• Refer, if necessary, those participants who need counseling and guidance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
• Maintain inventory of sports equipment.
• Coordinate educational, recreational, and cultural activities for development of healthy habits.
• Manage summer program activities.
• Implement nutrition and physical health programs.
• Implement contractual requirements of funding sources.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
