Youth Volleyball Instructor / Coach (Part-Time Weekend)

If you’ve played volleyball at a recreational, high school, or club level and enjoy encouraging kids, this is a great opportunity to gain coaching experience while making a real impact in your community.

About the Role

As a Volleyball Instructor, you will help lead youth practices and game day experiences for athletes ages 9–14. Depending on the program, you may lead skill-focused training sessions or coach and manage a team during league games. Our goal is simple: create a positive environment where kids can learn volleyball and enjoy the game.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun practices focused on volleyball fundamentals and skill development
• Coach teams during games, ensuring all players receive fair playing time
• Referee youth games when needed
• Encourage teamwork, confidence, and good sportsmanship
• Help athletes of all skill levels feel included and supported
• Communicate positively with players and parents
• Set up and take down fields and equipment before and after programs

What We’re Looking For
