About the Role

As a Soccer Instructor, you will help lead youth practices and game day experiences for athletes ages 5–10. Depending on the program, you may lead skill-focused training sessions or coach and manage a team during league games. Our goal is simple: create a positive environment where kids can learn soccer and enjoy the game.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun practices focused on soccer fundamentals and skill development
• Coach teams during games, ensuring all players receive fair playing time
• Referee youth games when needed
• Encourage teamwork, confidence, and good sportsmanship
• Help athletes of all skill levels feel included and supported
• Communicate positively with players and parents
• Set up and take down fields and equipment before and after programs

What We’re Looking For

• Experience playing soccer (recreational, school, or club level)
