The University of Kansas Health System in Overland Park, KS is seeking a PRN Strength Coach to design and implement strength, fitness, and speed development programs for Youth through Multi-Sport and FIT clientele. The role supports collegiate/professional client programs and assists with intern development and administrative duties.

Responsibilities include instructing classes, managing scheduling and client communication, maintaining equipment, and contributing to marketing efforts.

Formación

• Requires Bachelor’s in Exercise Science.
• CSCS certification preferred.
• Experience working with youth and multi-sport athletes.

Responsabilidades

• Instructs strength training, fitness and speed development classes.
• Designs and implements programs for Youth, Beginner/Intermediate, and Multi-Sport Varsity and FIT clients.
• Oversees facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Assists with intern development and coaching schedules.
• Performs administrative tasks such as client profile management, payments, and scheduling.
