Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta (BGCMA) is seeking a Club Corps Member – Program Assistant to tutor, mentor and inspire youth across Atlanta. You will support academic achievement, social-emotional development and college readiness within a dynamic after-school setting.

Youth development experience is valued; you will run enrichment activities, track student progress and help create a positive club climate while working part-time in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to organize activities and support youth development.
• Experience in mentoring or tutoring is welcome.
• Ability to work with diverse youth in after-school settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring and mentoring.
• Support after-school programs and lead activities.
• Help foster positive behavior and a safe club climate.
• Collect data on student progress to inform program adjustments.
