Qualifications

• MD, PhD in Psychology or PhD in Social Work with valid credentials.

• Strong expertise in trauma-informed care and interventions for young survivors.
• Active professional experience supporting individuals affected by abuse.
• Solid understanding of clinical assessment, privacy, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze case-based scenarios involving child and youth abuse.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated mental health guidance from clinical and ethical perspectives.
• Develop and review content focused on trauma-informed care for young survivors.
• Identify clinical, ethical, and safety gaps in AI responses.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure content reflects appropriate mental health standards.
• Participate in iterative review cycles to improve training data and model responses.
• Document recommendations to improve accuracy, sensitivity, privacy, and safety.
