Job summary

Boys Town is seeking a Youth Transport & Visitation Specialist to safely transport youth to and from family visits and supervise visits to ensure safe interactions.

As a full-time role, you will document visits, support families, and guide parents, while meeting state licensing requirements. The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a dynamic, caregiving environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in youth care or human services.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to drive for extended periods and work evenings/weekends.
• Provide own transportation (mileage reimbursed).
• Meet auto insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting youth to and from family visits.
• Supervising visits to ensure safe, appropriate interactions.
• Guiding parents with constructive engagement and redirection.
• Documenting visits and reporting behaviors or safety concerns.
• Building trust with families to support positive outcomes.
