Boys Town is seeking a Youth Transport & Visitation Specialist in Estherville, IA. You will transport youth to family visits and supervise interactions to ensure safety and positive outcomes. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and includes a $2,500 hiring bonus.

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursement for travel. Benefits include health coverage, retirement match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of youth care or human services experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive for extended periods and work evenings/weekends.
• Must provide own transportation with mileage reimbursement.
• Meet auto insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport youth to and from family visits.
• Supervise visits to ensure safe, appropriate interactions.
• Guide parents with constructive engagement and redirection.
• Document visits and report behaviors or safety concerns.
• Build trust with families to support positive outcomes.
