Job summary

Boys Town is seeking a Youth Transport & Visitation Specialist in Le Mars, IA to safeguard children during transport and family visits. This full-time role includes evenings and weekends with a $2,500 hiring bonus and a pay range of $17.00–$20.00 per hour.

You will transport youth, supervise visits, guide parents, document visits, and report safety concerns, contributing to safer family reunifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in youth care or human services.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to drive for extended periods and work evenings/weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting youth to and from family visits.
• Supervising visits to ensure safe, appropriate interactions.
• Guiding parents with constructive engagement and redirection.
• Documenting visits and reporting behaviors or safety concerns.
• Building trust with families to support positive outcomes.
