Job summary

Boys Town in Le Mars, IA is seeking a Youth Transport & Visitation Aide to ensure the safety and well-being of children during transport and family visits. This full-time role includes evening and weekend shifts with a $2,500 hiring bonus and starting pay of $17.00–$20.00 per hour.

You will transport youth, supervise visits, and guide parents while documenting visits and safety concerns. A HS diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with mileage reimbursement for travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of experience in youth care or human services.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Registration check.
• Ability to drive for extended periods and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Ability to provide own transportation with mileage reimbursement for travel.
• Meet auto insurance requirements per Boys Town policy and applicable laws.
