Job summary

KVC Health Systems seeks a Youth Transport Driver in Lawrence, KS to provide safe, timely transportation for children in foster care. You will operate within a compassionate, mission-driven team focused on safety and reliability.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Join a dedicated group improving outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

Must be 21 or older.
Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance required.
Experience with Children/Families preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Transport children safely and securely to foster care placements.
Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs with professionalism.
Monitor and document behavior while maintaining a safe, positive environment for the children.
Maintain a clean and operational vehicle with high safety standards.
Collaborate with KVC staff and external partners to provide a seamless support experience.
