KVC Health Systems, Inc. is hiring a Youth Transport Driver in Olathe, KS. This full-time role focuses on safe, timely transportation for children in foster care, with flexibility for evenings and weekends and a mission-driven environment.

You will transport children securely, document behaviors, maintain vehicles, and collaborate with staff and external clients to provide a seamless, caring experience for the children involved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance required.
• Experience with children/families preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and short notice.

Responsibilities

• Transport Children Safely & Securely to foster care placements.
• Ensure Timely Pickups & Drop-offs with professionalism.
• Monitor & Document Behavior while maintaining a safe atmosphere.
• Maintain a Clean & Operational Vehicle for safety.
• Work closely with KVC staff and external clients to support children.
