Job summary

PsychPros, Inc. is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to deliver mental health services to children and youth with complex needs in a compassionate, evidence-based setting.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field, plus certification/licensure within 30 days. A minimum of two years’ clinical experience and a valid driver’s license are required, with flexible scheduling and some remote work possible.

Responsibilities

• Complete required clinical assessments and oversee crisis management plans.
• Provide targeted clinical interventions based on youth needs through assessments and plans.
• Complete assessments and case documentation in a timely manner and provide on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all mental health services (e.g., individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, substance abuse treatment, etc.). Complete all required clinical assessments. Responsible for the clinical oversight and clinical interventions related to the crisis management plan, the individualized service plan and Wrap-Around Meetings in coordination with the Primary Service Coordinator. Provide targeted clinical interventions based on the identified youth's needs through the various assessments and plans. Complete required assessments and case documentation for each individual in a timely manner and within program requirements. Provide around the clock support for the child/family through on-call services.
