Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related behavioral health field.
• Mental health certification (PCMHT or CMHT) and/or license (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFTA) within 30 days of employment.
• Minimum two years clinical experience working with children and youth with serious emotional disturbances and families with complex needs.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, proof of auto liability insurance, and willingness to use personal vehicle for organization business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all mental health services (individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, substance abuse treatment, etc.). Complete required clinical assessments.
• Provide clinical oversight and interventions related to crisis management plans, individualized service plans and Wrap-Around Meetings with the Primary Service Coordinator.
• Provide targeted clinical interventions based on the identified youth’s needs through assessments and plans.
• Complete required assessments and case documentation for each individual in a timely manner and within program requirements.
• Provide around-the-clock support for the child/family through on-call services.
