Job description

$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! PsychPros is seeking a Youth Therapist (IHBT) in the Carroll County, Ohio area.

Essential Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities
  1. Provide behavioral health services.
  2. Meet agency standards and productivity by completing documentation such as assessments, progress notes, reports, and Individual Service Plans.
  3. Serve as a contact point for families, agencies, and courts, maintaining confidentiality policies.
  4. Attend staff meetings, court hearings, etc., as needed.
  5. Lead clinical casework by designing, writing, and coordinating individual treatment plans, including analyzing reports, discussing progress, revising plans, and monitoring compliance.
  6. Work effectively with culturally diverse populations and families.
Requirements:
  • Ohio LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC certification.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
