Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree in physical education, recreation, or a related field; CTRS preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance when transporting youth.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screen.
• Commitment to serving a culturally diverse population.
• Knowledge of recreation programs for the population served.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate recreation groups and assist with the adventure challenge course.
• Support individualized treatment plans and daily programming.
• Supervise youth and ensure their safety.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate therapeutic recreation interventions.
