Innovative Therapeutic Services is seeking a compassionate Therapeutic Mentor / PRP Coordinator to provide behavioral health support to children and adolescents in partnership with Montgomery County Public Schools. • Two years of experience working with children and/or adolescents with mental health or behavioral health needs.
• Experience in therapeutic mentoring, PRP, case management, behavioral health, or community-based services preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic mentoring and PRP services to an assigned youth caseload.
• Support clients in developing social, emotional, behavioral, and independent living skills.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required documentation.
• Facilitate individual and group skill-building sessions focused on client goals.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, schools, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to program requirements.
• Participate in supervision, staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities.
