Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is seeking a compassionate Therapeutic Mentor / PRP Coordinator to provide behavioral health support to children and adolescents in partnership with MCPS. The role emphasizes mentoring, skill-building, and PRP services to help youth regulate emotions and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience with children/adolescents with mental health needs.
• Experience in therapeutic mentoring, PRP, case management, or community-based services preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a treatment team.

Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Therapeutic Mentor / Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Coordinator to provide behavioral health support services to children and adolescents in partnership with Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS).

This position provides individualized mentoring, skill-building support, and PRP services to help youth develop emotional regulation, social skills, coping strategies, and progress toward their treatment goals. The ideal candidate enjoys working with youth, families, and community partners while supporting positive mental health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic mentoring and PRP services to assigned youth caseload.

• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required documentation.
