Qualifications

• Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Prior experience working with children, families, and teachers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; superior organizational skills.
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, email, internet).
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to respond calmly and quickly in emergencies.
• Discretion regarding confidentiality of clients and staff information.
• Flexibility in scheduling and duties.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with homework, life skills, mentoring, and emotional support.
• Plan and participate in daily program schedule of activities.
• Provide supervision and safety for children at all times.
• Transport youth to and from the program using company vehicles.
• Complete incident and restraint reports as required; inform the Director.
• Maintain attendance and documentation with accuracy.
