Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, responsive service to all library users.
• Assist with reference, readers' advisory, and general library resources.
• Plan, prepare, and present programs and outreach for children and teens.
• Assist patrons with technology and digital resources.
• Maintain department spaces, displays, and shelving.
• Record attendance and departmental statistics; support opening/closing procedures.
