Job summary

The Hospitality Hub in Memphis seeks a YHDP Navigation Supervisor to lead the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program. You will supervise Youth System Navigators, ensure compliant service delivery, and drive program outcomes while maintaining a limited caseload for complex cases.

You will collaborate with partners, coach staff, and support housing access through a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, reporting to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading youth services programs and supervising staff.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with HUD/Continuum of Care regulations and grant reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and coaching of the Youth System Navigation team.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure services align with HUD, YHDP, and Hospitality Hub standards.
• Monitor caseloads, data quality, and program outcomes for grant reporting.
• Maintain partnerships with community organizations and housing providers.
• Support participants with service plans using trauma-informed approaches.
