Qualifications
- Experience teaching or coaching swimming preferred.
- Excellent communication with children and adults.
- Ability to lead groups and manage learners.
Responsibilities
- Lead small groups (1-4) of swimmers.
- Plan and organize class time with lesson plans.
- Provide encouragement and positive reinforcement.
- Maintain consistency in instruction for each lesson.
- Communicate progress with parents and swimmers.
- Complete paperwork and reports as needed.
- Enforce facility policies and safety rules.
- Cover curriculum for each level as required.
