Day & Employment Services is hiring a Youth Support Specialist - (DSP) - Team Lead in Bexley, Ohio. In this role, you will provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their health and safety needs are met while fostering independence and empowerment. No prior experience is required as full training is provided. The pay range is $19.25-$20.25 per hour.

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, holds a high school diploma or GED, and has reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and car insurance.
• Fewer than 6 points on your motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in daily activities.
• Complete household tasks including meal preparation.
