You'll receive ongoing training to ensure you can support clients with care and compassion.Collaborative Environment: Work closely with the Program Director, , and external stakeholders in a supportive, team-oriented setting.Growth Opportunities: Expand your expertise with training, certification, and professional development options in a growing organization.What You'll Do:Provide direct care and supervision to youth residents in a residential settingDevelop and implement individualized plans for each resident, in collaboration with other team membersProvide ongoing support and guidance to residents throughout their stayMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and behaviorEnsure that all residents receive the necessary support and resources to successfully reintegrate into their communitiesConduct employment, job search and home confinement spot checks on each shift.Conduct common area, room searches and perimeter searches as assigned and document results.Conduct pat/pocket searches on all clients entering the facility and document results.Complete house counts every hour from Midnight to 8am and every 2 hours from 8am to 10pm and document results.Transport Clients as needed in a Company vehicle.Conduct monthly emergency drills.Secure urines from same sex clients and complete all required paperwork and electronic documentation.Supervise all client visitation. Sign all visitors and contractors in and out of the facility.Complete intake on all new arrivals prior to the end of your shift. Facilitate client orientation as assigned.Facilitate all client movement in and out of the facility.Monitor clients self-administration of medication.Starting Salary: $19.98/hour, plus any applicable shift differentialsSchedule : Saturday-Sunday 3:00pm to 11:00pmWhat We’re Looking For:High School Diploma plus 4 years experience in the social service or criminal justice field.Bachelors degree plus one year experience in the social service or criminal justice field preferred. Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one year for one year basis.Experience with Youth Population Preferred.Able to arrive 15 minutes before shift for shift change, may also be required to stay later.Valid drivers licenseCompany OverviewCommunity Solutions Inc.
