Job Details

This role offers a pay range of $30.00/hr, totaling approximately $60,000/year based on full-time hours. The position involves performance coaching for students in grades 3-8, utilizing AI technology for personalized learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual coaching sessions focusing on academic goal-setting, motivation, and mindset development
• Host strategic office hours for real-time student guidance
• Use AI analytics to identify growth opportunities and refine coaching strategies
• Document insights and progress to ensure continuous student development
• Collaborate with a team of coaches to share tactics and improve the coaching model

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (field not specified, emphasis on excellence)
• At least 1 year of coaching, mentoring, or success catalyzing experience with K-8 students
• Proven track record of high performance in any discipline
• Strong virtual presence and rapport-building skills
