Job summary

Third Way Center in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Substance Abuse Coordinator to join our Treatment Management team. We operate a 24/7 nonprofit residential program for youth aged 13–21, and this role will develop a comprehensive substance use treatment plan for residents and families.

Responsibilities include prevention/education, intervention and relapse prevention, staff training, and coordination with community resources.

Qualifications

• Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) certification is required.
• Master’s degree in related field is preferred with licensure (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).
• 3 years’ experience working in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prevention/education for residents.
• Intervention/treatment and relapse prevention for residents.
• Support services/relapse prevention for the staff and families, including education for staff.
